Lawsuit Against the State of Alaska and Alaska Board of Game
RHAK VP Bob Cassell took it upon himself to stand up for all Alaskan hunters when he filed suit against the State and Board of Game over the high Kodiak brown bear permit allocations to nonresidents. RHAK has joined as Amicus curiae in support of the Cassell complaint. Here are the court documents for this case.
